Hospice of Central Ohio is a not for profit hospice dedicated to improving the quality of life for patients with a terminal diagnosis while providing support for their loved ones through our Open Access program. Our Open Access program is like no other, as we promise to meet the needs of our patients regardless of the their disease, and pledge to provide access to our staff and programs 24 hours a day/seven days a week.

Our patients have been the center of care since 1982 by offering personalized care and support to thousands of patients across Central Ohio.

Our team consists of highly dedicated and trained individuals that include physicians, registered nurses, hospice aides, social workers, chaplains, bereavement counselors and trained volunteers.
These individuals formulate a specific plan of care for each of our patients and their loved ones special needs.

Our patients have the opportunity to receive quality, compassionate care at home, in a skilled nursing facility, assisted living facility, hospitals, our Inpatient Care Center, or anywhere the patient calls home.

Hospice of Central Ohio is Medicare/Medicaid certified and is covered by most insurance companies/carriers. We serve all of Licking County and the border areas of surrounding counties.  Hospice of Central Ohio is a member of the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization, Ohio Hospice and Palliative Care organization and the Hospice Alliance of Ohio.
